Overview

We're working as fast as we can to help tenants in the aftermath of Storm Arwen.

Our staff are working longer hours to attend as many properties and speak to as many customers as possible.


Reporting a repair


Non urgent repairs

If you have a non-urgent repair, such as:

  • a fence falling down in a garden
  • or missing roof tiles, where no water is coming through

This helps us keep phone lines clear so we can help customers with urgent needs.

Urgent repairs

If you have an urgent repair, such as:

  • an immediate risk to a property or tenants
  • water interfering with electrics, or no heating / hot water

Call us on 0300 123 6633.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls, and waiting times may be longer than usual.

How repairs will be prioritised

We will be carrying out our repairs in priority order.

We are dealing with emergencies first.

We will respond to non-priority repairs as soon as we can.
