This document is the Code of conduct for board members (including co-optees). 

The Board of South Tyneside Homes (STH) has responsibility for all actions carried out by Board Members and Co-optees.

By establishing this Code of Conduct the Board can give the tenants of the homes managed by us, South Tyneside Council and our other customers confidence.
