Terms and conditions

South Tyneside Homes standard terms and conditions for the supply of goods or services, as appropriate, shall apply to all purchase orders, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, other than at times where South Tyneside Homes has:

• stated that a Standard Form Contract for Works applies, or
• agreed special conditions with the contractor through an existing contractual arrangement with South Tyneside Homes or Partners. 

Any terms or conditions the contractor may purport to apply under any sales offer or similar document shall be null and void, and at all times the STH or NEPO conditions of contract shall prevail.
